Product Overview

Everpeak has been doing what's called "CRM Health Checks" for almost nine years. It's answers the question:

“What changes to our CRM would help us close more deals and operate more efficiently?”

Over time, we noticed that a positive score on the health check meant data. It was always a manual process to analyze. Our AI model can now identify over 25 pre-configured data points in minutes, and it can also suggest new ones. Finally, the LLM (language learning model) produces well-written and concise analysis on the approach to fix the issue and build out a more robust way to store and connect with your data. It's an AI-powered data room.

Why It Matters

In a CRM, the data has always been what mattered most. Is it accurate?  Is it comprehensive? And how do I best utilize it?

Usability and data is where a CRM becomes effective - or doesn't. It doesn’t matter if it’s Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics. Bad data means a subpar sales operation.

What It Does

The AI Data Room analyzes all the objects, records, contact information, stages, and fields. This data is entered into a searchable data room by which it can be manipulated, educated, and reported on. Let's dissect those areas:

Manipulate

‍ Creating reports in a CRM is difficult. Data is often exported and manipulated in Excel instead. Our future UI will feel familiar to anyone who has created an Excel pivot table.

Educate

‍ Companies have reams of data. Knowing what metrics matter specifically for RevOps and SalesOps is difficult. By default, we pull in only the data that matters and walk users through the use-cases that matter for their business.

Report

This key data above is then exported into pre-made RevOps templates.
